Apple iPhone 3G 16GB -schwarz (Ohne Simlock) Smartphone

Ich verkaufe ein Iphone 3g mit 16 GB da ich es nicht nutze kann.
Ich habe das Iphone auf Ebay wie unten beschrieben ersteigert.
Leider besaß es nicht die unten angebotenen Produkteigenschaften denn:
Der Home Button funktioniert wann er will, der Akku hält keinen Tag und das Handy hat kaum Netz.
Andere Fehler sind mir bei dem Iphone bis jetzt nicht aufgefallen denn ich konnte es durch die Mängel nicht nutzen. Ansonsten sieht das Handy wie beschrieben wie neu aus.
Somit weiße ich ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass das Iphone nicht funktionsfähig ist, ich verkaufe es unter Ausschluß jeglicher Gewährleistungs- und Garantieansprüche als Privatverkauf, Rücknahme und Erstattung des Kaufpreisses ist nicht möglich!!!
